My name is Alex, and I’m the person behind this site. I’ve been working in IT for the past 7 years, but I didn’t always feel confident with technology. In fact, it took me a long time to understand how computers and smartphones work. I wasn’t a “tech geek” growing up, so I know exactly how confusing it can be at first.

That’s why I created this site: to help beginners who are just starting out with Windows 11, Android smartphones and tablets, or iPhones and iPads. If you’ve ever felt lost with your device, you’re in the right place.

All the tutorials here are written in plain English, with step-by-step instructions and screenshots. My goal is to make technology easy and useful in your everyday life and work.
